This year's MAAGCS Annual Meeting will be held at Rolling Road Golf Club on Tuesday, November 12th. We will have a special guest speaker, year-in-review, golf awards, scholarship awards, annual business meeting & elections, lunch and a beer & wine social.

Rodney Smith Jr. is the founder of Raising Men and Women Lawn Care Service, a nonprofit organization that encourages young people to give back to their communities by offering free lawn care for the elderly, disabled, single parents, and veterans. Originally from Bermuda and now based in Huntsville, Alabama, Rodney has inspired a national movement with his 50-yard challenge, motivating kids across the U.S. to serve others, one lawn at a time. His story has been featured by major media outlets, and he continues to travel across the country empowering youth through acts of kindness and service.
In this presentation, Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men and Women Lawn Care Service, shares the inspiring journey behind his organization’s start. Learn how a single act of mowing a lawn grew into a nationwide movement empowering youth to serve their communities, one yard at a time.
