Salary Range: Based on experience - $65,000 - $80,000
Robert Trent Jones Golf Club is an 18-hole private club located 30 miles from the nation’s capital. RTJ has hosted 4 Presidents Cups, 1994, 1996, 2000, 2005 and 2015 Quicken Loans hosted by Tiger Woods. The course is beautifully tucked next to a 900-acre lake. 2023 - $1.8 million renovation by Kyle Phillips - currently 80% complete
2023 – Wall to wall $4.2 million Toro irrigation system - currently 40% complete
2024 - Host SOLHEIM CUP September 10-15
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to train/supervise and lead a staff of 35 in a positive, respectful, and productive manner
- Organized, clean, disciplined, detail oriented, self-motivated, and passionate
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- Must possess or obtain a Virginia Pesticides License within 90 days
Educational Requirements: 2–4-year Turf Degree
Professional Development: We offer a great work experience and environment for aspiring Superintendents. Goals of becoming a Superintendent within 2-4 years is a prerequisite.
