Roanoke Country Club is located in Southwest Virginia in the heart of the Roanoke Valley. The club was established in 1899 and is A.W. Tillinghast design. The Club is one of the founding members of the VSGA. RCC is a 27 hole full service facility that includes tennis, pickle ball and pool. The successful candidate will aid in the oversight Tahoma 31 Bermudagrass fairways, tees and 19 poa/bent greens and 10 USGA spec. greens. We will begin the second phase of a fairway regressing plan to Tahoma 31 in June 2024.

Educational Requirements: 2 or 4 year Turf Degree or related field

Experience Requirements:

• Must possess Virginia Pesticide license and valid driver’s license
• Must be proficient in all areas of golf course management including ability to id disease, weeds and insects..
• Must possess basic computer skills – Word and Excel
• 1-2 year’s supervisory experience preferred
