Requirements: 
A successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, detail oriented, good communication skills, and the ability to listen. This candidate must have enthusiasm to achieve the most knowledge and experience they can, with a drive to better themselves, maintenance team and the facility. Dedication to a strong work ethic is essential to provide our members and guests with a quality/ consiste playing surface.

The Superintendent will assist in all aspects of golf course maintenance. Duties will include crew supervision, leading projects, record keeping, hand-watering, and basic golf course maintenance tasks; With the goal of providing exceptional playing conditions for our membership. Other duties will include fertilizer and pesticide applications and calibrations, cultural practices, and evenings and weekends will be required. 

Must possess a valid Virginia drivers and pesticide license and at least have 5 years of prior golf course experience.
