Genesis is looking for a Sales Representative for their Virginia region. They will be responsible for selling green industry solutions and will reach their industry targets by managing their designated territory. This will be achieved by visiting customers on-site, and developing new, ongoing, and profitable relationships while maintaining a professional image of the company.
Essentials Functions include

Conduct daily sales presentations to customers on-site

Access accounts and develop sales within the industry

Highlight products and benefits, quote pricing, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms

Emphasize the diversity of products and markets Genesis represents

Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue/gross profit by cold calling when necessary

Manage your schedule to cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner

Maintain accurate notes and records, including order forms, expense reimbursement, vehicle maintenance, and other documentation
Experience Requirements

Professionalism, ethical, and in-person presentation skills with timely follow-up to ensure sales order is complete and accurate

Team, family-oriented and friendly demeanor as a sales professional

Acquire prospects and close sales quotes while maintaining an existing customer base

Communicate, build, relate, and maintain successful relationships with all levels of turf professionals and decision-makers
