Educational Requirements: 2 or 4 year degree / certificate in turfgrass management or related field.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of two years golf course maintenance experience with a proven work history and dedication to excellence. Experience in the transition zone a plus
Special Requirements: Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, be motivated, dependable, organized and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Candidates should also possess or be able to acquire a Maryland Pesticide Applicators License within 90 days of hiring and possess or be able to acquire a Maryland Professional Fertilizer Applicators License within one year of hiring. Irrigation repair and Spanish speaking a plus.
Salary Range: $18/hr + depending on experience + Over-time
