The Cannon Club is looking for a motivated Turf Equipment Technician to join our turf care team. The team is responsible for maintaining an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and common areas around the clubhouse. The Cannon Club is a private club located approximately 30 minutes from Washington D.C. and has hosted many state, regional and local golf tournaments. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance on a wide variety of equipment such as but not limited to: maintenance vehicles, mowing equipment, power equipment, club vehicles etc.
• Maintain superior quality of cut on fine turf mowing equipment.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain, Repair, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Repair broken or failing equipment.
• Maintain thorough equipment maintenance records.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Experience with repair and maintenance of gas- and diesel-powered engines and hydraulics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Experience with golf course equipment is preferred but not necessary.

Special Requirements

• We are looking for a self-motivated individual with mechanical aptitude to join our team.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
